Foreman/Finisher

Job Summary
The Foreman Finisher is responsible for supervising and coordinating concrete finishing crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and according to specifications. This role requires hands-on experience with concrete placement and finishing while managing crew productivity, safety, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct concrete finishing crews on daily job site activities.
- Plan work schedules and assign crew tasks to meet project timelines.
- Oversee concrete placement, leveling, troweling, and finishing operations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure job safety and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and deliveries required for finishing operations.
- Maintain daily reports, crew time records, and job progress logs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members.
- Troubleshoot job site issues and ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of concrete finishing experience, preferably in a leadership or foreman role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with power trowels, screeds, and finishing equipment
- Knowledge of mix designs, curing methods, and concrete quality control
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Position: CDL Driver (Dump Truck) Job
Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate dump trucks
- Deliver materials to job sites on schedule
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle
- Follow all DOT and company safety regulations
- Communicate effectively
Requirements:
- Valid CDL (Class A or B) with clean driving record
- Experience with concrete mixers or similar equipment (preferred, will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and some weekends
- Strong work ethic and reliability
